Flxpoint is still growing. Their ux is robust but not as intuitive for the average user. That said, if we encounter a problem, they will do their very best to come up with a solution to ensure we get what we need.
Our team was spending hours each day manually processing dropship orders and entering tracking. The volume became too much and our suppliers each had their own dropship processing systems and portals. Flxpoint has helped us automated some of our bigger suppliers without having to move to costly EDIs and best of all, we got our time back.
