What do you like best?

From a design perspective, I love the flexibility in customizing the business app / punch card. Very cool. From a business-owner perspective, I love the analytics we can delve into. We can find who our most valuable customers are in the click of a button... Awesome. Also love the ability to be able to message our customers with freebies, holiday messages, or personal messages! We've had incidents where people have left valuables at the store, and we were able to immediately contact them via their flok profile.

What do you dislike?

Unfortunately, the rewards system is not a fully-flexible loyalty program... We had to build our program around flok's framework - our previous framework didn't work. Not the end of the world, but I would've like to have been able to reward customers based on individual items purchased, not on final sale value. Also, the "carrots" program doesn't perform as well as I would have expected.

Well worth it, do it!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

No more "punch-cards" - customers always have their phones on them, so they always have their punch-card. And if not, we can add their points on the computer.
