What do you like best?
Intego provides a comprehensive dashboard for managing AV for our endpoints around the world. Intego Support is very quick to respond to any and all issues that we have.
What do you dislike?
While the dashboard allows us to see the current status of devices on our network, it is fairly limited in many other areas. Particularly when it comes to installing the software, the client picks up a computer name that is not verified and often appends a variety of digits to the enter resulting in many misnamed computers within our system. Additionally, we ran into an issue where an automatic update bricked some of our machines due to OS versions differing and it took some time to resolve the issue.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are able to centralize our AV among all of our locations from one central US location.
