What do you like best?

The app itself is decent. It syncs well with ABC.

What do you dislike?

The customer service is beyond terrible. Our app hasn't worked for 6 weeks and we can't even get return phone calls or emails. I"m going to have to leave because our customers can't check into classes and many members do not have a working app. (Not all but a significant amount.) It's so difficult switching but they just don't seem to care enough to even return calls or emails:) Outside of service, the ability for members to download the app is not an easy process. It's pretty brutal. If the member was at another club with a fitmetrix app then they must have a second email address.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would not recommend them based on customer support. It's not existent.

Checking into gyms works well.
