Efficient way to keep track of physical documents

What do you like best?

I like being able to check if a document is available or who has it, without having to go physically. Without Filetrail we would have to go in the file room and search for the document ourself which would lead to wasted time.

What do you dislike?

The interface could get a fresher/modern look but other than this it works great

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It allows us to save a lot of time by checking first if a certain document is available before actually going, similar to looking for a book at the library.
