Advanced user of FileTracI am able to upload my report and documents from my home office and everyone in my company and the companies that we do business with are able to see what I have uploaded and asked any questions that they may have. It is easy to click on the reports with any attachments I want to send with it and email to one or more people at a time. I am able to put notes in the file that I can make visible to just me or anyone.
I honestly can say that the is not anything that I have found that I dislike about it. From my perspective I could not do my job as easily as I do without it.
I recommend it highly as it is the best tool for keeping track of your reports and files and documents and sharing them with others. It has so many other features to use as well, notes and direct email and uploading is easy.
I am not having any problems with it. The benefits are that it saves me a lot of time each day which frees up time to do other things in my job.
