Excellent way to manage your Amazon feedback
What do you like best?
Automatically emails and requests feedback from your customers. Custom settings let you dictate who to email and when. Then get notified when feedback is left for you - especially negative - so you can work on getting it removed.
What do you dislike?
Honestly, there isn't much we don't like about it. It's close to perfect. I guess our only complaint is that in the busy months of Q4, we go over our allotment of emails and have to pay extra. It would be nice to 'rollover' our unused qty from the earlier months of the year to avoid this.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Maintains our high feedback rating by reminding customers to leave feedback (most Amazon customers don't on their own.) Gives us immediate alerts for negative feedback so we can take action.
