What do you like best?

There's no need to sign up or log in to the FaxZero website. We can load the website and enter the fax details and that's pretty much it. We get a good amount of maximum pages to add. We can also add extensive sender and recipient information to help ensure the faxes get delivered properly. The quality of the of faxes on the recipient's end is usually high.

What do you dislike?

I can't really complain about FaxZero see they have a free plan. The cost is good for occasional uses, but I doubt it would be an adequate solution for us if we needed to send faxes more often.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Follow up with the recipient directly to ensure the faxes are sent. You can never be too sure.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

When I need to send a fax to someone and don't have much time, I can visit FaxZero and get a fax sent easily and quick. I can add several file types, so it's quite flexible. I don't have to mess around with file conversion software. The resulting fax is true to the file that I sent.
