FAX.PLUS

What do you like best?

In a nutshell, FAX.PLUS enables us to securely and easily send and receive fax from our computers. We have utilized the email to fax feature to integrate this online fax service into our own system, and it has helped us go paperless.

There is also the cool Slack integration feature to receive faxes in our desired Slack channel as well as fax notifications.

What do you dislike?

I can't think of anything we dislike about FAX.PLUS. Having the electronic signature feature on the Web app, could be our request for the next update.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

First of all, it's saving us time, money, paper and a lot more (Compared to the traditional fax machine solution). Our fax number is always ready to receive fax and we can manage our entire fax numbers under one single account. And since FAX.PLUS is a HIPAA compliant service, we can be sure about the security and privacy of our documents.
