What do you like best?

Fairly simple to use. Used for a DME patient database system. Fairly easy to train new users on - would like to have more support to know more about what the system can be used for.

What do you dislike?

Very outdated. Tech support not able to help with certain things. Often slow to process. Unable to bill in the way we had hoped. Limited data reporting available.

update billing options in system. Offer more technical support
