Secure Password Self-Service and Identity Verification

What do you like best?

The platform solves, not just the user password self-service problem, but really the security, compliance and helpdesk challanges with password reset as well. The platform can be deployed at a single customer, a group of companies, or a managed service provider. In all scenarios, it can update the password cache if the end user is not in the office, help the MSP/helpdesk to verify the identity of someone with a support requirement and offer a wide variety of veriification options in the self-service process.

What do you dislike?

The tool's unique features sometimes gets lost in the sea of other offerings in the market. Unique offerings that I like, for instance MSP module or IVM, get compared to general password reset solutions. Some looks might be dated. No Mac OS slef-service client.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

User password self-service from remote locations all enabled via MSP helpdesk back-end team (using IVM for identity verification). Password management accross a wide variety of enterprise systems, such as SAP, AS400, etc.
