What do you like best?
I appreciate that FamCare allows all of our families to be in one network. I like that it generates reports and saves time with reports.
What do you dislike?
FamCare is inconsiderate across programs and supports KSSP much better than Family Finding. It is difficult to learn and the details and processes vary case by case. It is not a consistent program and often has bugs.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Reports, notes and keeping files are all kept electronically and save the company space, time and money.
