What do you like best?

This product is a great way to keep track of all the relevant social interactions in relevant media and a great way find new storys to write about.

The feature that tells you when it's time to post on your Facebook pages is extremely helpful.

What do you dislike?

Not much! There are a lot of features I don't use on a daily basis and they might seam a bit confusing. But I'm sure if i gave it some time I could get the hang of them.
