What do you like best?

What I like best about our school district using EzSchool is that it literally has everything we need to run smoothly on a daily basis. Parents, students, teachers and administrators all enjoy using EzSchool and agree that all necessary for managing a school. The part that has made it the easiest about using EzSchool is that it houses all things in one location online. This includes absence tracker for students and employees, substitute coverage, lunches, payments and more.

What do you dislike?

For some parents that don't have internet access, EzSchool does not benefit them. However, most do which is great.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has made our school district so much more efficient. One benefit is that parents don't have to go to the school to make payments for lunches or fees. They can simply logon to EzSchool and see their child's account and pay any fees online. It can be accessed from anywhere, so even those parents that travel and want to check on their child's grades, they can do so with EzSchool. Another benefit for administration is that EzSchool handles all of the substitute issues. If a teacher is going to be out, they simply login and request off, the substitutes are notified and EzSchool does the hassel of matching them with a sub. This cuts out the job of a person having to call around and find a sub that is free and could take the teacher's classes. Another benefit is parents can see their child's assignments and grades at a click of a button. Makes it simple and easy to stay up to date with their child's performance so they don't fall behind. This increases the likelihood of children performing better & learning more. Thus, this is a win-win.
