What do you like best?
Lots of innovation, you can text from the system. Tracks activities easily. Lots of bells and whistles, if you are willing to pay for them.
What do you dislike?
No easy way to search documents created, or recent customers pulled into session. If you have a lot of users it is a bit expensive. If you have a question not easily answered, system doesn't search well.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The retention center helps us stay ahead of our renewals so we are not losing as many customers from attrition.
