What do you like best?

I love how user friendly it is. It usually have quick search results, and its easy to learn. Also that you can have administration duties and cataloger duties. You can easily edit your patrons information, delete them or put notes on their account without constantly typing passwords.

What do you dislike?

Takes forever to load, and freezes a lot. I also don't like how you have to type everything in Capitals when deleting books, I wish it would have a close enough option that would pull up titles for you to choose.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would try it. I think they are going to be doing an upgrade to the whole system soon.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

When it freezes it stops our customer flow. When it works right the customer flow is smooth.
