What do you like best?

real time calls and filter if you are looking for something specific like account, transfer, hang up , account number, length of call etc.

What do you dislike?

it makes me log in multiple times daily and at time cannot locate any calls at all and i have to clear my cookies weekly to get it to work

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Real time calls i can pull to better coach my agents real time same day
