My love hate relationship with Etfile

What do you like best?

I love that Etfile allows me to be paperless, I also like the workspace, makes attaching so much easier, and you can rename your documents before you attach them.

What do you dislike?

The ETfile toolbar, it always crashes on me.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Consider that the tool bar will crash, a lot, therefore this may not be the best product available.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are now paperless, saves money and the environment!
