What do you like best?
I have found the product and support to be superb.
Comprehensive and takes into account many of the variables found in project development.
Simple to import data from Excel or alternative program.
Superb customer service, even remote control through Skype to fix issues.
Very dynamic to changing market. Has all the variables needed to keep your analytics up to current trends.
What do you dislike?
It doesn't do anything that you can't set up on Excel, if you have the Excel skills.
Steep learning curve - you will have to contact support several times during setup and user training.
Price. I know it is the industry standards but there are similar products for less.
