What do you like best?

Easy to find info, not very confusing. I like the notes and how easy it is to see the different types/sort through them. Very helpful.

What do you dislike?

Seems like there are too many places that you can chart the same info. It should all just populate automatically when you chart it in one of those places

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Medical record for your patient. Everyone can go in and see the info from anywhere in the hospital right away.
