What do you like best?

It works! And it's incredibly easy to set up and use. They have extra help on their website too. In addition, the app automatically finds the documents that can be converted, has them in tabs by extension, and once that is completed the converted documents can be found in yet another tab

I had looked everywhere to find an app that would convert documents into a form I can use for my research and this is it.

What do you dislike?

I haven't actually found anything which would be a dislike.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I need/want to convert various documents and books to epub or pdf so that I can work with them in a notetaking app for research purposes. I have tried various readers/managers but this makes it posible to use an app that annotates across phone/tablet/computer.
