Excellent program

What do you like best?

Ease of use. Color-coding, customization, and practicality make this program incredibly user-friendly. There's essentially no learning curve because everything is spelled out for users in plain terms.

What do you dislike?

Often, myself and others are locked out of the system for no reason. I also feel that security may be an issue because logging out and using the “back” button will log a user back in, without needing a password.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Scheduling is a much easier task. I have previously scheduled patients manually using a paper planner. Eppointments is much more efficient and saves time.
