What do you like best?

it is an open source one click software. It is very easy to use and provides good support to beginners.

Has made searching a much easier process.

What do you dislike?

Integration with other applications is not useful and for business needs its not at all helpful. we cannot easily export mass amount of documents at once.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Notepad++ is far more better than this. Never feel like switching to this open source software.
