What do you like best?

Epipeline was easy to use. I could find the contracts that I was interested in, setup watch lists, receive email updates, submit FOIA requests, see the available history of the incumbent's contract and keep up with the ever evolving process of procurements.

What do you dislike?

When it was time to renew our subscription, they significantly wanted to raise their price so we switched to Deltek GovWin.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would not recommend epipeline due to how expensive it has become. There are better products out there that cost less.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Being able to track procurements and get updates on them was a benefit.
