In constant conflict with other web servers. You have to custom build everything, customer support is terrible. Escalations are terrible. Reporting is inaccurate and a time suck to try and fix. Do your self a favor, if you have a growth plan for more than 10 communities, get a product that can handle marketing automation and reporting. Higher an actual
Marketing expert in the Automation and customer experience field outside of senior living, and get a crm that will grow with you like hubspot or Salesforce.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's a good entry level CRM for senior living. It will quickly teach your clients why they need a different product.
