What do you like best?

Allows a mortgage company, loan officer and processor to keep all borrower information organized, easily accessible whether from your office or on the go. Great for keeping everyone in compliance with state and federal regulations with disclosing loan information to the borrowers. Greatly helps in communication with present clients or previously closed clients.

What do you dislike?

Encompass can get a little complex, so companies or individual employees might forget all the things that it capable of doing.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Encompass is more robust than LOS Platforms. It's a little more complex but worth overall.

Encompass has helped speed up the process of originating and disclosing loan applications. It reminds me of required disclosure dates to keep me in compliance. Helps keeps me in touch with previous clients, so that they come back to me next time they are looking for a mortgage loan.
