It's an awesome application suited for our financial process
What do you like best?
We find emSigner a perfect fit for signing documents related to Invoices and Purchase Orders. It is well suited for financial processes and many of us have now moved online. It is much better than using paper too. I remember working on it just minutes after it was integrated by our department and I owe it to the easy interface it comes with. Almost everyone here had no problem figuring it out.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the session gets logged out much faster whenever there is idle time prompting us to logout and login once again. Apart from that, I find no other problem with emSigner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great software if you need to send documents out for signature. Consider using it, but keep in mind it is a bit pricey
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
You can send documents to multiple people and get multiple signatures to get specific signing orders. We get our signatures and approvals promptly which wouldn't have been possible if it were paper-based one.
