What do you like best?
We recently implemented EmployUs as an upgrade to our previous referral technology solution. Overall the chatbot conversational style of UI and the ability to use SMS or Email to offer the referral is very simple and effective. The internal (admin) UI is also easy to navigate and set up. Another standout feature is the ease of creating curated (specific) referral urls for use in specific campaigns or locations. Finally from initial proof of concept through implementation and roll out the EmployUs team have been very professional and easy to work with.
What do you dislike?
As this is a fairly new implementation for us we have yet to uncover any issues with EmployUs. During implementation any of our process or integration questions were resolved with a quick email or video call.

Great team that is willing to talk through and look at how EmployUs can manage and increase your referral funnel.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our previous referral program only tracked referrals using the referrer and the referral's email addresses, and the referrer had to have an employee account to receive the referral bonus. EmployUs added the option to choose between SMS or Email to offer the referral. EmployUs is also the payer for the referral bonus allowing us to expand our referral program to include non employees as a bank account or work account is no longer needed. A secondary problem that EmployUs is overcoming is the ability to easily track special referral campaigns in the technology (no longer reliant on a Google Sheet).
