great for bulk emails when it works

What do you like best?

I love the convenience of Email Playground. I send out emails to more than 1,000 recipients at a time and it's really quick and easy.

What do you dislike?

It takes a while to upload email lists, and sometimes it stalls and won't load past a certain point, and I have to ask someone else to upload it for me.

I also wish I could change the received from email.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am able to reach all of my volunteers within a matter of minutes. It's very efficient in that way. I also appreciate the organization of the previous/saved emails and lists.
