What do you like best?

Tracking of the emails sent with read receipts is a good way to understand how our marketing campaigns are working. It helps us eradicate the shortcomings of our email newsletters to our clients.

What do you dislike?

The organic conversion of the email analytics is not showing a true picture of the people who are actually accessing the emails and newsletters. Many users have out a filter of marking the emails as read and archiving the emails from certain organisation. Analytics should consider these aspects on the end user.

Please consider your organisational requirements and only use Email Analytics if you are running a mass campaign on email.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Able to track the people and locations of our agents who are able to access our email newsletters. More pressing issues of which email campaigns are not working and which are working can be easily determined by Analytics. We focus more on locations which have higher percentage of read receipts. It helps us decide out email campaign budgets.
