The application enables teams to take control of payment fraud in Outlook by screening all inbound account or wire change requests and invoice submissions, automatically checking email requests against known fraudsters, and selecting suspicious changes and requests for manual approval by employing machine learning technology.
Email Shield allows accounts payable (AP) agents to scan emails, AP senders, and attachments and approve, escalate, or reject payment and account change requests.
