What do you like best?

I liked that there are so many complex features that if you're not a conventional note-taker you have a lot of options of how to record or make notes.

What do you dislike?

It's not great if you just want to make simple notes. Multiple times I was clicking around the notes and accidentally deleted my notes, and only once was I able to control + z to recover them. Also, the formatting (bold, underline, bullets) are not intuitive.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Don't use it for basic notes. Also didn't discover that you were able to upload and save to the cloud if your files crashed, but that would be a nice feature if they don't already have it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Just basic day to day note taking.
