Great value, has revolutionized our volunteer management!

What do you like best?

I love the volunteer role functionality, and how I can integrate it with a web form! This saves so much time for us!

What do you dislike?

The flexibility is a little limited, we'd really like to be able to customize titles for the default fields, but unfortunately this isn't possible. Also, setting up the web form could be a bit cleaner and more intuitive, my experience with it so far is that it's very doable, but can be a little clunky, and lacks features like skip logic, which we would love to be able to use.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We had been doing all our volunteer scheduling manually-- emailing with volunteers, manually compiling their availability, and plugging them into schedules-- now, I send out a web form, and then have the system run a report with the volunteers that are available on a specific date and the roles that they perform! It also allows us to schedule several months in advance, so we aren't scrambling to find people at the last minute.
