Establishing protocols for overall business needs. Often times we need to provide additional support beyond what a technician may provide. Some users feel that Electric lacks in providing detailed solutions or follow through. Our business needs are rather unique so often times a "scripted" answer is not necessarily the correct solution. Also some issues could be resolved fasted if users had the ability to speak rather than chat.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Currently, we utilize Electric for Level I &II Support along with Inventory Management. When providing detailed issues they are great in providing solutions. Slack also enable us to communicate effectively for our end users. When an issue arises the team acts quickly to ensure that the problem is resolved. Our assigned representative also meets with us weekly to gather feedback, provide business improvements, and assists with the overall strategy to best improve our relationship. They are constantly looking for better ways to improve service.
They are indeed committed to making improvements and bringing about effective change.
