Advanced user of eGain SocialI like this application because it allows the brand to be humanized by giving it a presence in social networks and that our clients can interact as they do with a friend, I like Egain because it allows to establish a control panel of all the social networks of a brand in a same platform, this allows a client to be attended immediately and receive a timely response according to the origin of your question. Egain also has an artificial intelligence system that helps and keeps the client pending, always giving him options and answering frequently asked questions.
I have noticed a certain deficiency in terms of artificial intelligence, although carefully configured, you can incorrectly interpret a question and give an incorrect answer, I think it is necessary to adjust some details before allowing the chatbot to interact independently with the client.
