Advanced user of Eddy HRI have appreciated the ability to have Immediate support whenever we have had a question or concern. I wish there was one search tab for all employees current and terminated rather than having to click terminated or active. I
We really like having the ability to track hours worked, see who is clocked in, track vacation time/sick days earned and or used as well as the employees being able to see the time they have available. I can look on my home page and see who is off that day on vacation or sick.
I love having the ability to send a form or new policy to our Employees requiring a signature and retaining it in their personal file for reference.
As we were transitioning the development team made training videos available to share with our employees which was very helpful.
