What do you like best?

Central management, digital storage, easy for districts to access all IEP, MEEGS, and REDs for students transferring in, blank documents available, parental rights in English and Spanish, PD provided for free in EdPlan through Pepper, shows any errors in the document before drafting and finalizing, patents are automatically notified of finalized documents if their email is in the system.

What do you dislike?

Frequent bugs, sometimes doesn't catch students in the Wave, updates are performed before bugs are fixed which leads to other bugs.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're under state audit, so we're tackling monitoring and uploaded signatures. EdPlan allows us to work on IEPs remotely and our compliance monitors can review remotely.
