What do you like best?

The array of features ECRS offers through their Catapult POS and its accessories. We have had good experiences with their support from initial installation through over a decade of use in our natural food cooperative grocery. We're now using their Gateway ordering system with iPods connected to scanners to place orders with vendors big and small. And I'm hoping to implement the WebCart e-commerce system soon.

What do you dislike?

As with any software, upgrades and updates bring changes expected and unexpected. It's the unexpected changes that often give me headaches

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Thousands of transactions daily. Month and week long sales that we can set start and end dates on easily. Reporting on sales, discontinued items, profit/loss, etc. Membership joins, transfers and patronage reports and refunds. Ordering with vendors of all sizes. Automatic printing of espresso & juice orders. Inventory maintenance, signage: the lists go on and on.
