Advanced user of ECPECP is easy to use, basically point and click, clearly labeled as to what options are. There is a perfect amount of help features, including customer service via web or phone. I can store all my information within ECP that I need. I can also access all of the homes within our company from one location.
The backup process is complex, not very easy to access. I am never sure if I have completed it correctly.
The most considerable resolve we experience was a reduction in medication errors from doing MARs on paper. The alert options also keep staff on track for when items are due. The other resolve has incident reports electronically to see patterns and frequency without digging through paper records.
