What do you like best?

It Catalogs our Items digitally for the vendor that requires it.

What do you dislike?

The one vendor that requires it does not seem to actually use it. It seems worthless. I cannot see the benefit of using this software for the long term. We only do because our hand is forced by a huge corporation.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I cannot recommend using this. It serve a singular purpose and has not evolved in any beneficial way in the ten years we have used it. The File structure sucks. You have to load a page on every step, then a page for the product detail another to upload a photo if you want. It is a terrible hassle and too time consuming. If it were not absolutely required we would immediately stop using it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
