What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We're solving issues we had with manual work recruiters had to do to launch/ get candidates to complete pre-employment Credit / BG checks including the timeliness of completion.
We created a 2-way feed from our Recruiting system that updates / launches the authorization for candidates and notifies recruiters when the check(s) are complete. A unique url is then sent back to the recruiting system to display on the candidate record that the recruiter can then click on to receive the results of the Credit / Background check.
