What do you like best?

Believe it or not, it's the UI that's most helpful. Sometimes, apps require that you make adjustments, save, preview and dance back and forth between screens to get your setup correct. What ECC does well is keep me from spazzing out while working on hundreds of entries for making these unique IDs.

What do you dislike?

I was excited for the barcode scanning solution: it provides an easy access approach to vetting individuals within the database RSVP, but it's locked long term behind the Enterprise solution. Long term that isn't a bad thing as the event worked on grows, that cost should pay for itself.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I wanted a way to validate sign ups for a gaming tournament and send those participating their VIP IDs ahead of time to make getting setup for the day simpler AND to make sure we had the right person without asking for an actual ID or other PII.

It was so much better than the previous run, because the backend allowed us to keep a running record of participation while creating a unique and authentic experience that goes along with professionalism.
