Wide offer of solutions but low flexibility and slow
What do you like best?
The tool consists of a wide offer of solutions for channel management, such as POS data management, channel partner information/classification, and the ability to connect partners and deals across the value chain, all the while allowing our internal teams to view and maintain the information, as well as process deals and requests that flow through the channel.
What do you dislike?
The low flexibility to implement innovations and to address specific customer needs. Also, the BI tool is not as powerful as it could be given the amount and type of data it stores and manages. The tool sometimes is extremely slow to populate data and run reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a tool to simply store and manage your channel data, this is a good choice. If you need a powerful BI tool that will quickly provide you with analytical insights, you may want to look elsewhere.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
In our organization, we use the tool for the management of POS data and partner information (distributors and resellers), and processing of special pricing programs/deals with sales teams submitting requests for approval by pricing team.
