I love it!! D365 is all I need and does the leg work of tracking customers!

What do you like best?

The organization of all customers in one single place, the ability to send out mass communications, overall snapshot and insight into the pipeline and the direction it is headed. Lastly, we use leads every once in a while to understand where our customers are in the opp process and this is super helpful. Dynamics 365 Sales has unlocked so much potential for us as an organization and will undoubtedly be the solution to navigating the planning moving forward. Our company loves it and it has saved us so much time from going in and out of spreadsheets all day long with information getting lost in the shuffle and people overwriting other peoples data. I would highly recommend Dyanmics 365 to anyone else and it has brought a lot of efficiencies to our team and organization.

What do you dislike?

The lack of direction and mapping for where things are stored. I disliked also that uploading documents can sometimes be cumbersome. The amount of time spent setting up users can also get long but is nonetheless still worth it in the end. Some users require security roles and privileges in order to access certain parts of the CRM which is very helpful but again can take some time to get set up. We're still getting used to it and as with any other project the adoption can sometimes take some time. Growing pains are normal but we're hoping to see a continuation of the benefits it has already provided for us. Would highly recommend this platform still despite the minor setbacks that really aren't a big deal in the end.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would say look at other options to see if they fit but ultimately this is the best one I've used. I think it's well worth the money and time we've put into it and would recommend working with consultants to get it spun up correctly. They will help you get it on the right tracks and make sure things are going smoothly. Dynamics has been the answer for us and will hopefully unlock that same potential and rhythm for anyone else that is considering it as a platform to use and manage sales.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It helps us keep tabs on our customers and we have seen massive gains in customer satisfaction. We can understand what our customers are looking for and bring a product to them that they actually like and respect. We are also able to pull lists very easily if our customers through the Advanced Find and different views. We have seen an increase in revenue over the last month as we organize and consolidate our customer list, categorizing and seeing who our big money makers are in a simple snapshot. We have solved so many problems and are really seeing it pay off for us as we move forward in hopes of advancing our technology into the future that will last for years and years to come, especially as Microsoft continually rolls out new updates and functionalities to advance our platform and drive up our revenue.
