Invaluable tool to drive and organize internal referrals
What do you like best?
We love that we don't need to harangue people for referrals anymore. Our people love the experience of using Drafted. Having a clean, modern interface which allows you to uncover potential referrals and send them to the talent team is just such a better experience than wracking your brain as you scroll endlessly through your LinkedIn network. This ease of use and great experience has led to us receiving literally hundreds of referrals from the company at large. We have a few power users who have contributed dozens of potential candidates, and there's also a long tail of employees who have contibuted a handful. This has enabled us to keep referrals at about 30% of our hires, even as we have very quickly surpassed 430 employees.
And working with the Drafted team has always been a delight. These guys get it. No artificial barriers or hoops to jump through - they're just there to help when you need them.
What do you dislike?
Of course there are the occasional hiccups. They're a startup with an ever-evolving product. But when we run into an issue, the Drafted team is always there to help us navigate.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Internal referrals can be super messy and painful to generate and then to track. Drafted is a powerful tool that helps us on both of those fronts. I'm convinced that without Drafted referrals would make up far less than the 30% of overall hires that they historically have for us. We'd be lucky to get half of that.
