Advanced user of DPOrganizerWhat we like best is that it has a good snapshot of how your are doing and you get nice reports for auditing purposes. Its webbased and it allows you to quickly jump into the GDPR work. You can attach documents related to the systems and even send out a request to the vendor to fill in documents.
Lack of explanations and hints in the input fields. Not really intuative and need at least 2 rounds of webinars before you understand it. Also need som examples to see how others have replied. The documentation needs to be relooked at so that the user can quickly jump and get help on how certain fields relate to GDPR.
Get all your documenation in place and have a team set up to assist you with stakeholder system inventory.
The problemss we are solving is system inventory of the various IT-system software. We have benefited by have a central depository of our systems in the cloud and that many users can access this system from a webbrowser.
