Excellent product with efficient support team.
What do you like best?
Really simple interface that has more than doubled my efficiency (mainly time saved) since beginning to use the product. The support team are highly efficient and knowledgeable with the technical know-how to solve both over the phone with myself and sometimes, directly with candidates/references.
What do you dislike?
There isn't really much that it hasn't done for me, for what the product offers, it delivers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think for reference checking platforms, it should be simple.
Saving time and getting the best user experience is key & Dossy provides a platform that delivers on both fronts. Having flexibility in how questionnaires are created, being able to do references both nationally & overseas was a welcome feature & as Dossy saves reference checks to PDF, they are easily compatible with my processes and procedures.
The support team at Dossy has been fantastic, they are excellent and solving queries quickly and to a high standard.
Would recommend Dossy to anyone who wants a simple platform that saves them time.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Dossy has developed a 'client' interface that has allowed me to plug recruitment agencies into my reference checking process. Where before, we had multiple reference check templates from multiple agencies, we now have set questionnaires which have provided consistency at a National scale. The team at Dossy have also implemented little changes, such as a minimum character limit. This has given me the ability to probe for further information from referees which has given excellent feedback.
