Integrated donation solution with a solid partner

What do you like best?

This product allowed for custom integration into our ERP for staff to view their donations and expenses.

What do you dislike?

Full CRM management requires use of MPDX, yet this adds many additional features. The DonorHub product can be used as-is, or with the MPDX connection.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We had been using MPDX and other donor management tools, but they were not in sync with our finance software, so they did not show a live balance. A lot of time was required for manual maintenance of the donor CRMs which staff previously used. Requests and needs to our finance team were reduced because of the visibility this provided directly to our staff who needed the data.
