Advanced user of DocuWareScanning is a breeze and finding files afterwards is made simple.
I am quite new to Docuware so did take a little getting used to. Docuware software is easy to use. Only dislike is the way things are set up, can make searching for documents a bit hard. I think this could be corrected internally with the people using the program and our tech team, if we change some of our settings.
Am new to docuware. Used to other programs that big corporations use for storing documents internally, or even just use of paper copies rather than scanning software. Docuware makes scanning, storing, and searching quick and easy. I think anyone, regardless of previous experience would be able to use this software without any issues.
All documents are in one place, no hunting through file folders to find what I'm looking for. Made this years audit so easy. Just a quick search, download and email to the appropriate person. Everything was right there!
