What do you like best?

I use Docuscan every day during work at HR and Payroll at my local university. I like how easy it is to put paper into the scanner and digitalize my work. Prior to using docuscan, my entire office was full of massive binders of legal paperwork (I9s, W2s, etc). This was 1. not safe, 2. annoying and 3. inefficient to look up information about a person's payroll or employment. Now, our office is entirely paperless and efficient.

What do you dislike?

Docuscan does not automatically download to all of the computers in the office. Thus, it is sometimes difficult to use this docuscan if all the computers are taken and one specific computer that it is downloaded on takes too long.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Some problems are mentioned above and it will improve if it is downloaded on all computers for easy access.
